Surveillance activities can no longer be conducted efficiently without a thorough internet probe. OSINT searches may uncover data that successfully assists in the coordination of surveillance, maximizing the potential for results while reducing time spent sitting and waiting on an inactive subject — more effectively utilizing the budget. OSINT is a specialized and advanced method for extracting internet-based evidence and manipulating it into actionable intelligence through rigorous data mining and cross-referencing across search engines, social networks and other similar sites.
Employment information and 'under the table' earnings; evidence contrary to 24-hour care-giver support; incriminating photographs and statements; online tracking of carpal-tunnel and disability claimants; and current/upcoming activities. OSINT has also been highly successful in difficult locates of witnesses and for subrogation matters.

Every business has employees that manage their own time — sales representatives, management staff — who are entrusted with billing for the time they're supposed to be working. When they leave early, arrive late, run personal errands or take extended breaks on company time, they are committing time theft. We document it.
Usually involves sales reps or senior managers whose employment has been terminated. Most employment agreements include non-competition and/or non-solicitation clauses preventing them from approaching the company's existing clients, poaching employees, or establishing a competitive business within a preset distance. We confirm — with evidence — whether those clauses are being violated.
Undercover operations consist of an investigator working as a regular employee of the company to conduct internal investigations. Only a select few people (usually upper management or the investigator's direct supervisor) are aware of the investigator's involvement. We collect intelligence on the specific issue we've been hired for — theft, union issues, plots against management — and compile a detailed end-of-shift report. For safety, investigators are not required to carry their PI licence during undercover work in case the assignment is compromised.
A variety of assets — money, vehicles, inventory — may be hidden before being liquidated. Through surveillance and investigative means, we locate and document those assets to present proof in court.

Insurance Investigations

- Liability and litigation support
- Claims history (previous accidents / injuries)

- Police and employer interviews
- Activity checks and sub-rosa surveillance
- + 4 more
Accidents happen, injuries do occur, and claims are made on a daily basis. For a variety of reasons, some legitimate claims are embellished — and red flags are raised by Insurance Adjusters or Examiners. Surveillance and investigations can be a valuable asset when the insurance company is setting up reserves in anticipation of potential settlement payouts under vehicle insurance policies. Knowing what the claim is worth can be ascertained by conducting surveillance to determine the claimant's level of activity and mobility.
Some claimants are not interested in returning to their pre-accident activities or employment, and attempt to make false claims such as IRBs, caregiving, housekeeping, etc., to maintain income under false pretenses. Surveillance and investigations provide the answers as to whether or not these claims are justified.

Suspicions of a cheating partner may warrant an infidelity investigation — whether in preparation for a marriage or a divorce. If there are suspicions of disloyalty, you may want to know before tying the knot, or you may be looking for grounds and preparation for a legal ending. These questions need answers, for everyone involved.
Children may be the ones who truly suffer from a difficult separation. One partner may stop supporting them emotionally, physically or financially. We may be able to document abuse or ascertain whether the parent in question has access to funds or assets that should support their children. For custody issues, we document whether both parents are abiding by the rules set out by a court order. Elderly people requiring care fall under the same umbrella — and the same questions need to be asked and answered.
Do you have concerns about the activities of your children or elders? Are your teenagers where they say they are, or being negatively influenced by their peers? Has their attitude changed recently? Surveillance can determine whether family members are involved in anything you should be concerned about — letting you take appropriate action before things escalate.
